Ordering & Payment

After clicking submit payment you will be sent an order confirmation by email. Spool No.72 accepts all major U.S. issued credit cards, PayPal, and Spool No.72 Gift Certificates.

Shipping Locations

Spool No.72 ships to the United States and its territories and internationally to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Demark, Finland, France, Germany, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweeden, Switzerland, Ukraine, and to the United Kingdom.

How will my order be shipped and what are the shipping fees?

Our preferred shipping provider is USPS. We offer both Standard Delivery (transit time is 4-10 business days within the continental United States not including holidays) and Expedited Priority Delivery (transit time 2-3 full business days within the continental United States not including holidays). Orders are not shipped until credit card authorization has been verified and cleared.

United States:

Flat Rate Standard Shipping: $8.95
(4–9 business days)

Expedited Priority Mail Shipping $12.95
(2–3 business days)

International Orders:

Canada Priority Mail Shipping: $28.95*

International Priority Mail Shipping: $38.95*

* International orders are subject to each countries customs fees. You will need to check your countries policies for appropriate fees. Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. Please be sure to allow a minimum of 2 weeks for international delivery.

We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping for U.S. orders over $150.00.  Free Shipping applies only to merchandise. Taxes and Gift Cards do not count toward the Free Shipping total. Free shipping offer valid in the United States only. 

Order Status

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email.  Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24-48 hours Monday through Saturday, excluding Holidays. Vintage items are professionally cleaned and can take up to 1 week for dispatch. Once your item has shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation email with tracking number. You can check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account at Spoolno72.com.

Gift Certificates

Purchasing Gift Certificates

A simple, easy, and fast way to send something special. Our gift certificates can be purchased in any amount desired and are fashionably emailed directly to the recipient with your personalized message and gift code.

• Gift certificates are delivered via email only.
• Larger gift certificate purchases may take longer to process. For security purposes larger gift card purchases will require approval prior to validation.
• Gift Certificates are sent 1-24 hours after the purchase has been made.

Redeeming a Gift Certificate

Congratulations on your new gift certificate! To use your gift certificate please enter the Card number and the pin in the Gift Certificate box during checkout. The amount of the gift certificate will be applied to the purchase.

* Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Returns on purchases that have used a gift certificate will be eligible for an in-store credit only.

Change / Cancel My Order

Once an order has been placed in most cases it cannot be changed or canceled as it is in our fulfillment process. Please contact us immediately at support@spool72.com. Please allow 48 hours for an email response and 72 for each additional response.

Price Adjustments Policy:

Should an item from the website be marked down please contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase. We will honor a one-time price adjustment within 7 days of the purchase date.  Only full price items are valid for price adjustments. Credits will be provided in the form of an in-store credit.

Coupon codes are subject to cancellation without previous notice.
